1) How do I search for property? From any page throughout our site you can easily find our “Quick Search� area. You may enter one or more criteria for price ranges, communities, or you may enter the seller's phone number from the yard sign. We also have a more detailed search using more specific criteria from our “Detailed Home Search� button. Best of all … Our services are free to buyers!

2) How do I add my property to CINCYHOMEFORSALE.com? Click on any button that says "Marketing Packages". Choose a package that is best for you. Simply register, and then make your payment. If you selected the Derby Package, you will need to pick up your signs, fill out your home information on our easy to use forms, upload your pictures and submit. For Triple Crown and Daily Double Package members, after you have registered and made your payment, we will call you to arrange for a photo shoot and the rest will be done by one of our staff members.

3) How do I edit or modify my listing? To make any changes, you must first log in to our “Members area� from any page on our site using your User ID and password that you registered with. This will direct you to our forms section in which you may change any of your pictures and information at your convenience.

4) What do I do if I forgot my Log in password? From our members area, click on “Forgot my password�. You will be asked to enter your email address and secret question that you signed up with. You will then receive this information at your email address.

5) How do I add photos to my property listing? First, log in to our "Members area" using your User ID and password that you registered with. Then, click on “manage� any existing properties. Click on option 1 “Edit�. Scroll to the heading "Upload Pictures". You will then be able to browse through your picture files you have saved on your computer. Click on any picture and save. Don't forget to hit submit at the bottom of the page when you are through to transfer your picture to your home portfolio. All picture files must be no larger than 1024 x 768 pixels dimensions. Pictures can be resized by right clicking on each picture.

6) How do I remove my listing after it has sold? We ask that you contact us as soon as you have a purchase contract. We will immediately mark your property “PENDING�. After you have officially closed on this property, contact us so we can mark your property as “SOLD�. We will keep your property in our database for a short time after, to inform other perspective buyers of its status. All homes may stay listed in our database until it has sold.

7) How do I receive my yard sign and other supplies? Derby members – We will have your custom sign package waiting for you once you have made your payment. Our office is Located at 8oo Deerwood Lane, Loveland, Ohio. This is also where you will be returning your signs. Daily Double of Triple Crown members – As soon as your payment has been made, we will be calling you to schedule a home photo shoot. We will drop off your custom signs at this time. Any marketing items will be shipped UPS to your house. We will also pick up your signs after your home has sold.

8) May I advertise my CINCYHOMEFORSALE.com listing in the newspaper classified section? We think this is a great idea. It is a way of creating additional exposure. Make sure you use the same number that will be on your sign at the end of your brief description along with our web address. Readers will be able to go right to our quick search using that number and see your home portfolio instantaneously. If you just leave your number, you can give them the web address after they have called. Perspective buyers will be much better informed before they set up a showing. This is a win/win solution for all.

9) Where can I pickup the necessary contracts and paperwork to sell my property? By using our forms section of our site, you may purchase the necessary contracts and have them sent to your home within days. If you aren't comfortable with the paperwork process, we encourage you to contact one of our real estate attorney's from our Network of Partners . They will do this for you for a nominal fee. In most cases, your mortgage company will tell you exactly what you will need before you can close.

10)  I do not trust the internet with my credit card. Do I have other options? We have our payment processing on a secure server with AuthorizeNet. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If you do not want to use this method of payment, you may also send a check to 8oo Deerwood Lane, Loveland, Ohio. 45140 . Simply call us first to get a price total.

11)  How do I join your Network of Partners? Would you like our customers to also be yours? We may have a billboard waiting for you. Contact us at advertise@cincyhomeforsale.com .  We can send you details of our exciting program. Remember we are only promoting 3 companies from each category.

12) How do I receive a virtual tour with my listing? After you have chosen your package, you will automatically enter our "check out section". Here you will have a box to check if you would like this added on to your package. Upon payment, we will schedule for a photographer to bring this additional equipment to your home. We will then incorporate it into your personal home portfolio.
